Questions or concerns about AI use should be addressed promptly, respectfully, and in alignment with º£½ÇÆƽâ°æ’s student conduct and academic honesty policies.

For Students

If you believe you’ve been wrongfully accused of misusing AI in a course:

• We encourage you to start by speaking with your instructor to clarify any concerns.
• If the issue is not resolved or you feel uncomfortable doing so, you may submit a formal grievance.

For Faculty

If you believe a student has violated the academic honesty policy by misusing AI:

• Refer to your course syllabus and the college’s BP/AP 5500 – Standards of Student Conduct.
• Email your division dean and Dr. Sanchez to initiate a conduct review and determine appropriate next steps.

Be sure to document the issue clearly, including examples of the assignment, communication with the student, and any AI detection or analysis used (if applicable).
